Hello! And Welcome back to the Sun Pyramid test kitchen, I am Jillie and I am here with this lovely can of black beans and I’m about to blow your mind because we’re gonna put them in a smoothie. So protein is the main event here. We’re all about the protein power. We’re gonna add the black beans and the Raw Vegan Superfood Protein powder with the brown rice protein, with a little spirulina in there, you can get that online on our website sun pyramid.com. So these two together with some banana and all kinds of good stuff. We’ll make an awesome smoothie that’s gonna be like less than 500 calories and a great meal replacer. Get Ready; new heights. The beans are taking you to new heights. So the ingredients are as follows:
¾ cup dark chocolate almond milk (if you can’t find dark chocolate almond milk, then you can just substitute some cocoa powder.
1 frozen banana
½ cup of canned black beans that are drained and rinsed, and
1 scoop of sun Sun Pyramid Super Food Protein Powder.
If you wanna add an extra boost to your smoothies, you can always use organic wheatgrass, the chia seeds, or the hemp seeds. All part of the Sun Pyramid’s starter kit.
