The ”fertile egg” once fertilized takes 7 days for the egg to get a heart I eat them on the 1st to the 4th day before they become a live biological entity that is truly alive with the heart beating ready to be born in the next 14 days. The egg takes 21 days to hatch and be ready for life.
These eggs are full of live stem cells and GH or growth hormone. Once the egg gets an umbilicus on the 6th day I will not eat them.
