Yet, I think you can get inspired from the ingredient lists and measurements.
This can truly be re-measured to be even less carbs, but it’s my main meal and the most carbs I get all day
DETAIL & MEASUREMENT of ingredients:
137.5g of raw endive
62.5g of cucumber
0.3 cup of mixed green lettuce
50g of spinach
37.5g of raw pumpkin seeds
187.5g of raw avocado
2.8 tbsp of olive oil (yeah that much! haha!)
2g of spirulina
2g of chlorella
0.5tbsp of nutritional yeast
1oz of raw hemp seeds
0.3cup of raw arugula
VOILA!
Sorry if measruements are mixed in terms of cups.ounces and grams, but myfitnesspal also has its limitations…and not all ingredients come in ounces…
