ONE MEAL A DAY- Vegan keto part 1

Guys!
I actually turned out to be SUPER HUNGRY after a 16HRS DRY FAST (no food no water) so I ended up eating all my food within one hour…
This is PART 1.

Ingredients are:

0.2cup of mixed greens
7.7oz of broccoli rabe
6.3oz of avocado
1oz of raw hemp seeds
1oz of ground flax seeds
1 tsp of black sesame seeds
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of coconut oil (I added them to the boiled brocoli rabe so it meltedin them, and let it cool off overnight- thus teh two containers)
2g of chlorella
2g of spirulina
1 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar
½ lemon juice
Celtic sea salt to taste

TOTAL CALORIES: 1070
96g of fat, 36g of protein and 10g of net carbs.

If you want to go LOWER, you would have to measure and enter first your ingredients, then distribute in your plate.
At the moment, I am “rushing” a bit because of a crazy schedule, but ideally, I like my carbs to stay around 5-7g max.
It’s ok, as I will be fasting for the next 23hrs 😉 Probably letting myself hydrate with water another hour or two and the rest of the day, be FULLY DRY FASTED 😉 Yes, that’s the step “above” just (water) fasting.
